Stride’s talent management division is the cornerstone of our organisation. With a strong AFL and Soccer focus, our rapidly expanding list of over 120 athletes is an impressive line-up of both experience and emerging talent. Along with our dedicated management staff, Directors Ricky Ponting, Glenn Archer and Anthony Stevens bring their own experiences of playing their chosen sport at the highest level to assist Stride’s athletes. They have an ongoing active participation in our business, and are particularly passionate about supporting emerging stars to succeed in their chosen sporting fields.

Stride’s AFL Division is uniquely positioned to provide our clients with a holistic management approach. Our AFL Player Management team comprises of four AFLPA Accredited Agents, along with a team of dedicated Stride staff, who are well equipped to manage the on and off field issues of our clients. Currently Stride manages over 100 football players and has a ratio of 1 Accredited Manager to every 25 AFL clients with industry ratio ranging between 1 and 60. Our commitment to our clients has seen over 30% growth in our AFL business over the past 12 months. With over 20 years of industry experience combined, Stride is well placed to ensure our players are in the best possible position both on and off the field, not only during their football career but for life after football.  

Stride’s Soccer division is a 50/50 Joint Venture with Tribal Sports Management (TSM), a successful boutique company managing a number of A-League and overseas stars. TSM is headed up by FIFA Licensed Player and Match Agent Lou Sticca and manages players in Australia and overseas markets such as Scotland, England, USA and Italy. TSM helps players build their career path, negotiates new contracts, assists with moving players from club to club and sources leading professional advisors in areas of taxation, real estate, investment and legal advice in the countries that the players play in.

Stride is also fortunate enough to manage a range of other elite athletes and sporting personalities.
